  • With the Consortium’s authorization, the “No Seats Left Empty” program will be implemented: All available tickets will go on sale 15 minutes before the show’s start time, at a price of €10 per ticket, for the Cavea Media and Cavea Lateral. SEASON TICKET- TICKETS may also be purchased for three or more performances, with a discount in this case ranging from a minimum of 20% to a maximum of 50%.

ACcessibility

The theater is accessible to people with disabilities and has an adapted restroom and spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility. If you are coming to the theater in a wheelchair, please contact us to reserve your accessible seat by calling 0034 924009480 or emailing reservas@festivaldemerida.es.

For all performances, you can purchase a ticket to attend in a wheelchair individually or with a companion.

Entry Conditions

  1. The reservations can be picked up at the Box Office that accesses the Roman Theater from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  2. The discounts on tickets will only be applied by calling the Festival 924 009 480 and the box office (Margarita Xirgu Square).
  3. There will be no refunds or exchanges. The Organization is not responsible for eventual loss of tickets.
  4. Third parties can collect tickets by showing a sworn statement accompanied by a copy of ID.
  5. You must keep the ticket until the end of the event to guarantee your rights.
  6. The Organization is not responsible for tickets that have not been purchased at an official selling point. Any altered, ripped or falsified tickets will authorize the Organizer to refuse entry.
  7. The right of admission is reserved to those with proper tickets and whos holder agrees to respect the rules of the Organization and the venue, as well as anything else required for reasons of general security.
  8. Entry is not recommended for children under 7 years of age.
  9. The entry of animals is prohibited in the enclosure with the exception of guide dogs.
  10. Once a show starts (at 10:45 pm), access is no longer granted.
  11. In the same way, once the presentation has started, if you leave the room, and return, a different seat will be assigned due to the remaining spectators’ comfort and the risk of falling due to the uniqueness of the venue.
  12. Objects considered dangerous by the Organization or prohibited by the regulations will not be permitted.
  13. Any filming, or recording within the facilities is prohibited, except for informational purposes previously authorized by the Organization.
  14. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
  15. Smoking is prohibited in the entire enclosure.
  16. The program of the event may be modified by the Organizer, if deemed necessary.
  17. The Organization reserves the right to delay a show until midnight for meteorological reasons.
  18. The Organization reserves the right to modify the cast of scheduled plays if cases.
  19. In case of cancellation of the show, the Organization will reimburse patrons.
  20. Complaints of any kind will only be heard at the box office (Plaza de Margarita Xirgu) or the festival’s office (c/ Santa Julia 5).
